The Possession has a difficulty rating of 8 out of 10.  With complex puzzles, the focus is still on fun, interactivity, and immersiveness... but with some added challenge thrown in for good measure. The Possession provides an outstanding balance between completing the game without too much frustration and giving players a thrilling experience.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! The Possession is strictly an 18+ room, and we reserve the right to check ID before admitting players to the room.

Children as participants or spectators are not permitted in our 18+ Horror rooms. No exceptions will be made.

You certainly can, it is a popular thing to do! Whatever you choose to wear please wear closed footwear and, ideally, something that is comfortable to move around in.

You'll have one hour to escape from The Possession. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time and if you allow for 15 minutes afterwards, to catch your breath and debrief, your whole experience will last around 90 minutes. 

If, however, you are amongst the lucky few that escape The Possession with your sanity intact then your time with us may be a little shorter! 

The maximum group size that The Possession escape room can accomodate is 8 people.

Our group limits are set to optimise gameplay and ensure a truly immersive experience for all our guests. Fortunately for you, it is company policy to never compromise on your gameplay experience so these limits are NOT flexible! 

If your group is larger than 8 players we suggest that you book multiple rooms to start at the same time and split your group across the rooms. Thus ensuring the very best experience for everyone in your group.

Spoken cues and clues are a key element of our escape rooms. Presently, these cues are only available in English, though we are working towards multi-language options. To ensure the best escape experience in the meantime, we recommend that the majority of your player group should be fluent in English.

The Possession is a challenging room with intermediate level puzzles. Ideally, if this is your first escape room, other members fo your group will have played a few rooms before. For a group of purely first time escapers we would recommend trying Pirates or The Wizards Chamber.

Like all escape rooms, The Possession is a controlled lighting environment. It may feature periods of complete darkness and/or flashing lights. Similarly, you might experience confined spaces and/or jump scares during your escape. If you have any concerns or questions, please raise these with our Gamesmasters at check-in.
