The City of Perth's best and only art deco hotel murder myserty escape room is located at Escape This Perth CBD, Australia's largest escape rooms venue conveniently located on the Hay St Mall, just a short walk from the Perth Underground, Elizabeth Quay, and Perth train stations.

Our Hotel: Murder Mystery has a difficulty rating of 7 out of 10. Bring on the challenge! In Hotel Elevator, the clues are generally easy to find, but solving them can be a challenging, while still offering plenty of fun and excitement. Due to the themes and nature of the room, all guests will need to be 13 years or older to play Hotel: Murder Mystery. 

However, both adults and teenagers who love the immersive feel of finding themselves solving a murder mystery worthy of Agatha Christie are surte to enjoy it, and it's a great choice for a family outing.

Please note that if the whole group is under the age of 16 years old, a minimum group size of 4 players will apply.

Absolutely, if you want to book multiple escape rooms, including Hotel Murder Mystery, to start at the same time. Please use our multi room booker to check availability and place a booking. 

You'll have 60 minutes inside Hotel: Murder Mystery... so don't get caught! We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time and if you allow for 15 minutes afterwards, to catch your breath and debrief, your whole experience will last up to 75vminutes. You may be one of the lucky ones to escape earlier, in which case your time with us may be shorter.

The maximum group size that our Hotel: Murder Mystery escape room can accomodate is 6 people.

Our group limits are set to optimise gameplay and ensure a truly immersive experience for all our guests. Fortunately for you, it is company policy to never compromise on your gameplay experience so these limits are NOT flexible! 

If your group is larger than 6 players we suggest that you book multiple rooms to start at the same time and split your group across the rooms. Thus ensuring the very best experience for everyone in your group.

Spoken cues and clues are a key element of our escape rooms. Presently, these cues are only available in English, though we are working towards multi-language options. To ensure the best escape experience in the meantime, we recommend that the majority of your player group should be fluent in English.

First time escapers will find Hotel: Murder Mystery quite challenging but it remains a very popular choice for first timers. So yes it's a great choice and our gamesmasters will be on hand to offer any extra clues if you need them.

Like all escape rooms, Hotel Murder Mystery is a controlled lighting environment. It may feature periods of complete darkness and/or flashing lights. Similarly, you might experience confined spaces and/or jump scares during your escape. If you have any concerns or questions, please raise these with our Gamesmasters at check-in.
