In Sherlock Holmes: Telephone, the clues are generally easy to find, but solving them can be a challenging, while still offering plenty of fun and excitement.     Absolutely, if you want to book multiple escape rooms, including Sherlock Holmes: Telephone, to start at the same time. Please use our multi room booker to check availability and place a booking. 

  • ⏳ How long will the Sherlock Holmes: Telephone Escape Room experience last?

    You'll have 45 minutes inside Sherlock Holmes: Telephone... so don't get caught! We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time and if you allow for 15 minutes afterwards, to catch your breath and debrief, your whole experience will last up to 60 minutes. You may be one of the lucky ones to escape earlier, in which case your time with us may be shorter.

  • ❓ How many people can play Sherlock Holmes: Telephone at the same time?

    The maximum group size that our Sherlock Holmes: Telephone escape room can accomodate is 2 people.


    Our group limits are set to optimise gameplay and ensure a truly immersive experience for all our guests. Fortunately for you, it is company policy to never compromise on your gameplay experience so these limits are NOT flexible! 


    If your group is larger than 2 players we suggest that you book multiple rooms to start at the same time and split your group across the rooms. Thus ensuring the very best experience for everyone in your group.

  • 🗣️ What if I don’t speak English fluently?

    Spoken cues and clues are a key element of our escape rooms. Presently, these cues are only available in English, though we are working towards multi-language options. To ensure the best escape experience in the meantime, we recommend that the majority of your player group should be fluent in English.

  • 👍 Is Sherlock Holmes: Telephone a good choice for my first escape room?

    First time escapers will find Sherlock Holmes: Telephone quite challenging but it remains a very popular choice for first timers. So yes it's a great choice and our gamesmasters will be on hand to offer any extra clues if you need them.

    Like all escape rooms, Sherlock Holmes: Telephonee is a controlled lighting environment. It may feature periods of complete darkness and/or flashing lights. Similarly, you might experience confined spaces and/or jump scares during your escape. If you have any concerns or questions, please raise these with our Gamesmasters at check-in.
