THE FORBIDDEN MENU – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The Forbidden Menu is  exclusively available to players  who have completed an Escape This Northbridge escape experience.
• Only players  aged 18+  are eligible for Forbidden Menu cocktails or promotions.

Access & Redemption

• Forbidden Menu items may be redeemed  only during Frisk Small Bar’s operating hours  and  only while stock lasts.
• If your escape experience finishes outside Frisk’s operating hours, Forbidden Menu cocktails may be redeemed on a different date while: The Forbidden Menu promotion remains active, and stock for the selected drink remains available.
• Code phrases must be spoken correctly to access each cocktail.
• Only  Secret Menu cocktails  qualify for purchase or redemption under this promotion.

Stock, Service & Operational Requirements

• All Forbidden Menu cocktails are subject to  limited stock availability.
• Escape This and Frisk Small Bar may  modify, limit, or discontinue  any Secret Menu item at any time without notice.
• Frisk Small Bar practices the  Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)  and may refuse service for any reason related to guest safety or RSA compliance.
• Valid ID may be required to verify age or identity.

Restrictions

• Forbidden Menu offers are  not transferable,  not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other beverages, products, or credits at Frisk Small Bar or Escape This.
• Vouchers and Forbidden Menu access cannot be sold, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

Liability & Conditions

• Guests participate in the Forbidden Menu promotion at their own discretion.
• Escape This and Frisk Small Bar are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreadable vouchers.
• Both businesses reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to the Forbidden Menu in cases of misuse, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of these terms.

Amendments

Escape This and Frisk Small Bar reserve the right to  amend, pause, or terminate  the Forbidden Menu promotion at any time due to stock limitations, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

This offer is sent automatically to all Wizard’s Chamber Sydney players following their experience.

This offer provides a 10% saving on the total booking amount.

Offer is valid only for bookings made for Magic School at Escape This Manly.

Offer is redeemable only for players who have completed Wizard’s Chamber 

Sydney after the launch of Magic School.

A minimum of four (4) participants is required to redeem the offer.

Offer may be redeemed on any day of the week; however, redemption conditions may change during the opening week of Magic School.

Offer must be redeemed within two (2) weeks after playing Wizard’s Chamber.

Accessing the Code

• An exclusive promo code will be provided to the booking organiser in their confirmation email.

Redeeming the Offer

• To redeem the offer, players must download or open The Pass app.

Code Validity & Availability

• Promo codes may be updated, replaced, or withdrawn once usage limits are reached.

• Escape This venues remain non-eating and non-drinking environments.
• All food and beverages must be fully consumed at The Aviary either before or after participating in an Escape This experience.
• Escape This reserves the right to refuse gameplay or entry to any guest deemed excessively intoxicated, in line with standard venue codes of conduct.
• The Aviary operates independently and may maintain different opening hours or service availability to Escape This. Codes may be provided regardless of The Aviary’s operating status at the time of booking.

Third-Party Responsibility

• The Pass app, The Aviary, and AVC operate independently of Escape This.
• Escape This accepts no responsibility for changes to third-party terms, promotional structures, pricing, credit offers, or redemption processes.

Non-Transferability

• This promotion is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for any Escape This, The Aviary, AVC, or The Pass product or service.

Venue Specific Pricing

These prices apply only to Escape This Manly and are not valid, transferrable, or redeemable at any other Escape This venue, including but not limited to Sydney CBD, Perth CBD, or Northbridge.

Pricing, categories, and inclusions may differ between venues.

Subject to Change

All ticket prices, price categories, and pricing names are subject to change at any time without notice.

Escape This reserves the right to:

• amend ticket prices
• withdraw pricing categories
• introduce new pricing tiers
• adjust which days or dates pricing applies to
• update public holiday and school holiday pricing periods

The price payable is the price displayed at the time of booking.

Public Holidays and School Holidays

Public holiday and school holiday pricing overrides standard weekday and weekend pricing where applicable.

Escape This reserves the right to determine which dates are classified as:

• public holidays
• school holidays
• holiday periods
• peak periods

This may include dates immediately before, during, or after officially recognised holiday periods where demand is expected to be higher.

Age Eligibility

Age-based pricing applies as follows:

• Adults: 16 years and over
• Kids: 7 to 16 years inclusive
• Kids under 7: under 7 years of age

Escape This reserves the right to request proof of age where reasonably required.

If a booking is made using an incorrect age category, Escape This reserves the right to charge the difference between the incorrect ticket price and the correct applicable ticket price.

Little Legend Pass – Under 7s

Children under 7 may attend free of charge under the Little Legend Pass, subject to the following:

• the child must be part of a booking that includes at least one paying adult or family group
• free admission for under 7s is available only where the experience is suitable for the child and group
• all children under 7 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

Escape This reserves the right to advise if a particular experience is not suitable for very young participants

The Little Legend Pass does not create a standalone free booking entitlement and cannot be redeemed separately from a valid group booking.

Availability

• All pricing is subject to booking availability and session capacity.
• Certain dates, times, or sessions may be unavailable, sold out, or excluded from booking at Escape This’s discretion.
• Escape This does not guarantee that all experiences, dates, or session times will always be available at the listed pricing.

Standard Booking Terms Apply

All bookings made under this pricing structure remain subject to Escape This’s standard booking terms and conditions, including those relating to:

• payment
• cancellations
• rescheduling
• late arrivals
• minimum and maximum group sizes
• safety and participation requirements

No Retrospective Adjustments

Ticket pricing applies only to new bookings made at the price displayed at the time of booking.

Escape This is not required to:

• retrospectively apply newly introduced lower prices to existing bookings
• refund the difference if pricing changes after a booking is made
• honour expired or superseded pricing structures

No Cash Value / No Transfer

This pricing structure:

• is not redeemable for cash
• is not transferrable between venues
• cannot be exchanged for credit unless required under applicable law
• cannot be used to claim a price match against other Escape This venues, third-party sellers, or previous pricing periods

Third-Party Listings and Partner Platforms

Where Manly pricing is displayed on third-party websites, directories, tourism listings, or partner platforms, Escape This is not responsible for outdated, incomplete, or incorrect price information published by third parties.

The final and binding ticket price is the price shown on the official Escape This booking platform at the time of booking.

Errors and Omissions

• Escape This reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, system errors, or accidental mispricing at any time.
• If a booking is made at an incorrect price due to an error, Escape This reserves the right to cancel the booking, amend the booking, or contact the customer to arrange payment of the correct amount.

Interpretation

For the avoidance of doubt, these prices are a ticket pricing structure for Escape This Manly and do not constitute a limited-time promotional offer, competition, voucher, or discount campaign.

Lost Tomb Launch Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

The Lost Tomb Giveaway will be conducted exclusively through a social media draw.

Social Media Entry

Participants who follow Escape This Perth on Instagram and/or Facebook and/or TikTok during the promotional period, or who were already following and like the specific Lost Tomb giveaway social post, will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.

One (1) winner will be selected to receive a free Lost Tomb escape room experience once the room officially launches.

Prize Details

Prize includes one (1) free Lost Tomb session for the winner and up to the standard room capacity.

Prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or credits.

The prize can only be redeemed once the Lost Tomb room is officially open for bookings.

Prize Scheduling

The winner will be invited to attend one of the earliest available Lost Tomb sessions.

Session time will be offered based on availability at the time of contact.

Filming & Photography Consent

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be filmed and/or photographed during their Lost Tomb  experience and to participate in short post-game interview content.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Escape This a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use all footage, photography, and interview material in promotional, advertising, and social media content.

If winner does not consent to the above before session booked, Escape This reserves the right to select a new winner or terminate the giveaway with no winner

General Conditions

Escape This reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances require.

SUMMER SORTED – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Participation

The Summer Sorted promotion is valid  only for Escape This Northbridge bookings  made and played during the promotional period.

To qualify, guests must  enter “Summer Sorted” in the booking notes  at the time of booking.

Only the booking with the “Summer Sorted” note applied is eligible; this cannot be added retroactively after the booking has been completed or played.

Voucher Allocation

The free cocktail voucher is valid for  1 (one) free Secret Menu cocktail per 3 (three) Secret Menu cocktails purchased  by the group.

Groups will receive  1 voucher for every 3 players  in the final confirmed player count for the booking.

Bookings of 2 players  will receive  1 voucher, but must purchase  3 Secret Menu cocktails  in order to redeem the complimentary 3rd.

If your player number is  not divisible by 3  (e.g., 7 or 8 players), you will be guaranteed  2 vouchers, but  any additional vouchers beyond this are not guaranteed  and will depend on stock availability. Additional vouchers may be granted  at the discretion of Escape This or Frisk Small Bar.

If booking numbers are altered (increased or decreased), the number of vouchers will be based on the  final number of players attending, not the number originally booked.

Secret Menu Conditions

All  purchased and complimentary drinks must be Secret Menu cocktails.

The Secret Menu remains  hidden until after your escape experience is completed.

Code phrases must be used when ordering to access Secret Menu cocktails.

Voucher Redemption

Vouchers may be redeemed  only when Frisk Small Bar is open.

Frisk Small Bar is  closed Monday–Tuesday  and operates  different hours to Escape This; availability may vary.

If your escape takes place outside Frisk’s operating hours, vouchers may be redeemed  on another date, provided:

The Summer Sorted promotion is still active, AND

Stock for the Secret Menu cocktails remains available.

General Conditions

Vouchers are  non-transferable,  not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used for any other drinks, products, or credits at Frisk Small Bar or Escape This.

Quiz Completion

In-Venue Availability

Games Masters may award between 1-2 double passes per group, at their discretion.

Participants must:

• Book and play an Escape This experience on Valentine’s Day

• Be part of an eligible 2-player booking (or at Games Master discretion)

• Successfully escape their experience (unless Games Master awards otherwise)

Tickets will be awarded in venue immediately after the experience.

Prize Allocation

Prize consists of:

• ONE double pass to Crime 101 per eligible couple

Games Masters may:

Applies across all Escape This venues.

A total of 15 double passes are available across all venues.

Tickets are strictly limited and subject to availability.

Once a venue’s allocation is exhausted:

No further tickets will be distributed at that venue.

Guests are not eligible to claim tickets from another venue.

Voucher value: $59 (equivalent to the average ticket price).

Vouchers cannot be used toward the booking on the same day.

Redemption conditions:

Valid Monday–Thursday only (excluding public holidays).

Valid for booking dates between 11/05/2026 – 11/05/2027.

Voucher must be redeemed within 6 months (by 11/11/2026).

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.

If a venue runs out of voucher stock on the day, vouchers will be issued via email the following week to the booking email address.
