Terms and Conditions for ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ Horror Room Promotion

Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid for eligible horror-themed escape room bookings made and played from 17th July 2025 until 31st August 2025, or until all tickets are distributed, whichever occurs first. This promotion is available at Escape This venues in NSW and WA only.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Only groups who successfully escape a horror-themed escape room within the time limit during the promotion period are eligible.
2. Groups must play one of Escape This' designated horror rooms to qualify.
3. The number of movie passes awarded per group is at the sole discretion of the Gamesmasters.

Prize Details:

1. A total of 25 double movie passes are available to be awarded across both WA and NSW venues.
2. Escape This reserves the right to allocate ticket quantities between venues at its discretion.
3. Movie tickets are subject to availability and will be physically distributed in venue.
4. If tickets are not yet available at the time of escape, successful teams may request to have tickets reserved for collection once available.

Movie Ticket Terms:

1. The use of movie tickets is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the ticket itself.
2. Escape This takes no responsibility for any lost, damaged, or expired tickets.
3. Tickets are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.

General:

1. The Gamesmasters’ decision on eligibility and prize allocation is final.
2. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Escape This reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

Terms and Conditions for ‘Turn Winter Break Into an Epic Family Escape’ Promotional Campaign

1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from 5th June 2025 to 13th July 2025* across all Escape This venues in Australia, including Room Eight Escape Room.

*Due to unforeseen circumstances, family movie pass tickets for Sydney venues may not arrive by the start of the promotion. The promotion at these locations will commence once the tickets have arrived. If a family successfully escapes and qualifies for a movie pass prize before the tickets arrive, they may request for their tickets to be reserved and collected once available.

1. Eligibility for Movie Ticket Prizes:
2. Movie tickets are available for redemption between 5 July and 13 July 2025 only.
3. A total of 5 family movie ticket prizes will be awarded per state (NSW and WA only).
4. To qualify, bookings must be made during the redemption period (see clause 2a) and meet the definition of a family booking (see clause 4).
5. Movie Ticket Restrictions:
6. Tickets are not valid for use in premium or luxury cinemas.
7. Not valid for movie sessions starting after 5:00pm on Saturdays, on public holidays, or on discount days.
8. Please refer to the individual ticket for additional terms and usage restrictions.
9. Family Booking Criteria: To be eligible for the promotion, the booking must include at least two children under the age of 15 years.
10. Winner Selection:
11. Movie ticket winners will be awarded to qualifying family groups on a first-to-escape basis, subject to availability per state.
12. The winner of the Karate Kid prize pack will be the family with the fastest recorded escape time from a family-friendly room during the redemption period
13. Winners will be contacted via the details provided in their booking after 13th July 2025.
14. Prize Conditions:
