Terms and Conditions for ‘Turn Winter Break Into an Epic Family Escape’ Promotional Campaign

1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from 27 June 2025 to 20 July 2025 across all Escape This venues in Australia, including Room Eight Escape Room.
2. Eligibility for Movie Ticket Prizes:
3. Movie tickets are available for redemption between 5 July and 13 July 2025 only.
4. A total of 5 family movie ticket prizes will be awarded per state (NSW and WA only).
5. To qualify, bookings must be made during the redemption period (see clause 2a) and meet the definition of a family booking (see clause 4).
6. Movie Ticket Restrictions:
7. Tickets are not valid for use in premium or luxury cinemas.
8. Not valid for movie sessions starting after 5:00pm on Saturdays, on public holidays, or on discount days.
9. Please refer to the individual ticket for additional terms and usage restrictions.
10. Family Booking Criteria: To be eligible for the promotion, the booking must include at least two children under the age of 15 years.
11. Winner Selection:
12. Movie ticket winners will be awarded to qualifying family groups on a first-to-escape basis, subject to availability per state.
13. The winner of the Karate Kid prize pack will be the family with the fastest recorded escape time from a family-friendly room during the redemption period
14. Winners will be contacted via the details provided in their booking after 20 July 2025.
15. Prize Conditions:
16. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
17. Escape This takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or expired movie tickets.
18. General:
19. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
20. Escape This reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
