SUMMER SORTED – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Participation

The Summer Sorted promotion is valid  only for Escape This Northbridge bookings  made and played during the promotional period.

To qualify, guests must  enter “Summer Sorted” in the booking notes  at the time of booking.

Only the booking with the “Summer Sorted” note applied is eligible; this cannot be added retroactively after the booking has been completed or played.

Voucher Allocation

The free cocktail voucher is valid for  1 (one) free Secret Menu cocktail per 3 (three) Secret Menu cocktails purchased  by the group.

Groups will receive  1 voucher for every 3 players  in the final confirmed player count for the booking.

Bookings of 2 players  will receive  1 voucher, but must purchase  3 Secret Menu cocktails  in order to redeem the complimentary 3rd.

If your player number is  not divisible by 3  (e.g., 7 or 8 players), you will be guaranteed  2 vouchers, but  any additional vouchers beyond this are not guaranteed  and will depend on stock availability. Additional vouchers may be granted  at the discretion of Escape This or Frisk Small Bar.

If booking numbers are altered (increased or decreased), the number of vouchers will be based on the  final number of players attending, not the number originally booked.

Secret Menu Conditions

All  purchased and complimentary drinks must be Secret Menu cocktails.

The Secret Menu remains  hidden until after your escape experience is completed.

Code phrases must be used when ordering to access Secret Menu cocktails.

Voucher Redemption

Vouchers may be redeemed  only when Frisk Small Bar is open.

Frisk Small Bar is  closed Monday–Tuesday  and operates  different hours to Escape This; availability may vary.

If your escape takes place outside Frisk’s operating hours, vouchers may be redeemed  on another date, provided:

The Summer Sorted promotion is still active, AND

Stock for the Secret Menu cocktails remains available.

General Conditions

Vouchers are  non-transferable,  not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used for any other drinks, products, or credits at Frisk Small Bar or Escape This.

Escape This and Frisk Small Bar reserve the right to  amend, suspend or terminate  the promotion at any time due to stock limitations, operational constraints, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Frisk Small Bar practices the  Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)  at all times. Staff may refuse service in accordance with RSA requirements.

Valid ID  may be required  to verify age or identity before serving alcoholic beverages.

Promotion is open to participants  18+ only.

THE FORBIDDEN MENU – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The Forbidden Menu is  exclusively available to players  who have completed an Escape This Northbridge escape experience.
• Only players  aged 18+  are eligible for Forbidden Menu cocktails or promotions.

Access & Redemption

• Forbidden Menu items may be redeemed  only during Frisk Small Bar’s operating hours  and  only while stock lasts.
• If your escape experience finishes outside Frisk’s operating hours, Forbidden Menu cocktails may be redeemed on a different date while: The Forbidden Menu promotion remains active, and stock for the selected drink remains available.
• Code phrases must be spoken correctly to access each cocktail.
• Only  Secret Menu cocktails  qualify for purchase or redemption under this promotion.

Stock, Service & Operational Requirements

• All Forbidden Menu cocktails are subject to  limited stock availability.
• Escape This and Frisk Small Bar may  modify, limit, or discontinue  any Secret Menu item at any time without notice.
• Frisk Small Bar practices the  Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)  and may refuse service for any reason related to guest safety or RSA compliance.
• Valid ID may be required to verify age or identity.

Restrictions

• Forbidden Menu offers are  not transferable,  not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other beverages, products, or credits at Frisk Small Bar or Escape This.
• Vouchers and Forbidden Menu access cannot be sold, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

Liability & Conditions

• Guests participate in the Forbidden Menu promotion at their own discretion.
• Escape This and Frisk Small Bar are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreadable vouchers.
• Both businesses reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to the Forbidden Menu in cases of misuse, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of these terms.

Amendments

Escape This and Frisk Small Bar reserve the right to  amend, pause, or terminate  the Forbidden Menu promotion at any time due to stock limitations, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

This offer is sent automatically to all Wizard’s Chamber Sydney players following their experience.

This offer provides a 10% saving on the total booking amount.

Offer is valid only for bookings made for Magic School at Escape This Manly.

Offer is redeemable only for players who have completed Wizard’s Chamber 

Sydney after the launch of Magic School.

A minimum of four (4) participants is required to redeem the offer.

Offer may be redeemed on any day of the week; however, redemption conditions may change during the opening week of Magic School.

Offer must be redeemed within two (2) weeks after playing Wizard’s Chamber.

Offer applies only to bookings made between the launch of Magic School and 29 March 2025.

No lead time is required for redemption.

There are no blocked-out days for use of this offer.

Crime 101 Valentine’s Day Promotional Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid on 14 February (Valentine’s Day) only.

The promotion is not valid on any other date, including the day prior to Valentine’s Day.

Tickets are strictly limited and subject to availability.

Eligibility

Valid for all Escape This experiences at participating venues, excluding Manly

Applies to 2-player bookings (couples).

Games Masters may, at their discretion:

Award tickets to couples within larger group bookings

Award tickets to 2-player bookings that are not couples

Eligible participants must successfully escape their experience to qualify, unless otherwise determined by Games Master discretion.

Participating Venues & Allocation

A total allocation of 20 double passes to Crime 101 are available across participating Australian venues.

Each venue has a fixed allocation of tickets.

Once a venue’s ticket allocation has been exhausted:

No further tickets will be distributed at that venue

Guests are not entitled to claim tickets from another venue

How to Participate

Participants must:

• Book and play an Escape This experience on Valentine’s Day

• Be part of an eligible 2-player booking (or at Games Master discretion)

• Successfully escape their experience (unless Games Master awards otherwise)

Tickets will be awarded in venue immediately after the experience.

Prize Allocation

Prize consists of:

• ONE double pass to Crime 101 per eligible couple

Games Masters may:

• Award tickets to 2-player groups who do not escape, if tickets remain

• Award leftover tickets after the promotional date, at their discretion

Prize Details

Prizes consist of double passes to Crime 101.

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

• Not refundable or exchangeable

Ticket Usage

Eligible bookings will receive access to a free couple’s problem-solving personality quiz.

The quiz is designed to provide insight into communication styles, decision-making approaches, and problem-solving tendencies.

Quiz access will be sent via email either:

• During the week of Valentine’s Day (9 – 12 February)

Quiz Completion

The quiz is intended to be completed prior to the booked escape experience.

Participants may complete the quiz:

• At home (recommended), OR

• In venue prior to their experience, if time permits and at venue discretion

Quiz completion time is not included within booking play time.

Participants wishing to complete the quiz in venue must arrive early.

Where operationally possible and at Games Master discretion, participants may complete the quiz:

• After their escape experience, OR

• At home following their booking

In-Venue Availability

A limited number of printed quiz copies will be available at each venue.

Printed copies are available while stocks last.

If printed copies are exhausted and guests cannot locate their email copy, venues may provide access via QR code where available.

General Conditions

Quiz participation is optional and does not affect the escape room experience or booking eligibility.

The Magic School Launch Giveaway will be conducted exclusively through a social media draw.

Social Media Entry

Prize Details
