Best Group Costume Wins Their Booking Refunded
Dress to impress the living and the dead! Our annual Halloween costume contest is back, and the winners will have the entire cost of their booking refunded.
Where: Sydney CBD and Manly Beach
When: Most people dress up Halloween day but you can dress up any day during Halloween weekend or Halloweek, to enter.
How It Works
- Arrive in costume and let your Gamesmaster know you’d like to enter.
- The photo taken after your experience doubles as your costume contest entry.
- After Halloween weekend, we’ll gather all the entries and post the photos on our social media pages. People can vote for their favourite in the comments.
- Voting is usually open for a week. Once it closes, we’ll tally the votes and announce the winners.
- We’ll match the winner to their booking and refund the full cost to the card originally used to pay.
Free Spooky Face Painting
Give your Halloween look the finishing fright! Our resident face painter will be working their magic with a menu of designs inspired by our worlds - completely free and open to all ages.
When: Saturday 31 October

How It Works
Add your name to the sign-up sheet in the venue and pick your favourite design. Face painting is first come, first served, with no pre-booking available.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your escape experience if you’d like to get painted before you play. You can also get your face painted afterwards… but where’s the fun in that?
Mystery Goodies For Every Player
Our cauldron is bubbling over with treats - reach in and see what fate has in store for you.

Every player on Halloween gets to pick a free mystery prize from our lucky dip cauldron. Expect spooky goodies and fun trinkets inspired by our worlds, with free escape experiences waiting for the luckiest souls!
Playing at Northbridge? You could also score free food or drinks to enjoy at Frisk Small Bar, just down the road.
We go all out!
We take dressing for the occasion seriously - venues included.
They’re fully decked out in spooky decorations for the whole of October, with plenty of spots to strike a wicked pose.
Our Gamesmasters get in on the act during Halloweek weekend, joining the celebrations in full costume.
